During calls, we record audio and transcripts to improve Vovi's learning and provide better personalized assistance.
How We Use Your Information
Your information helps us deliver and improve the Vovea service, personalize your learning experience, and send important account notifications. We use usage data to understand feature adoption, identify technical issues, and enhance platform performance. Call recordings and transcripts are used to train Vovi and provide real-time feedback during your sessions.
AI & Vovi Data
Vovi learns from your calls to provide increasingly personalized language instruction. Your call transcripts, corrections, and interaction patterns help train Vovi's language models specific to your learning level and goals. We retain this data in encrypted form linked to your account. You can request deletion of Vovi's learned data at any time, which will reset your personalized learning profile.
Call Recordings & Storage
Call recordings are stored securely on our encrypted servers and retained for the duration of your account subscription. You can download or delete individual recordings from your account settings. We do not share recordings with third parties without your explicit consent, except for our AI service providers who process data under strict confidentiality agreements.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to marketers or data brokers. We only share data with essential service providers such as cloud storage, payment processors, and AI model providers.
